[June 1, 2008] I'm sorry for this horribly delayed message, but if you did not already know, this site has been permanently shut down. Again, I apologize for taking so long to announce this. I've decided to close down Sombre for a number of reasons, the main ones being that the plot (and site) were very underdeveloped and I didn't feel the forum would last very long with such a weak basis. So I have decided to create a new site, one that has had way more thought put into it. I feel that this new site will be far more exciting and original than Légende Sombre could have ever been. It's not a wolf-only site; the main characters are vampires and werewolves although you can play [mutated] fantasy wolves. So go ahead and take a look at Hell's Hollow and give it a try. To all of my current affiliates, you may take down this banner, but I would love to reaffiliate with you under my new site. Thank you and I hope that you find Hell's Hollow to your likings. [Feb. 17, 2008] As of today, the site is going on a temporary hiatus. The exact duration of this period cannot be stated, but it will last no longer than two weeks. There are many important things that I must take care of at the moment and as a result, my time on Sombre will be limited over the next week or so. Therefore, I've decided to put the site in Maintenance Mode until I return. I'm sorry for any inconveniences, but it'll be back before you know it. Thanks and stay safe.

[Feb. 7, 2008] I apologize for my inactivity guys. School has really been a drag lately and I've been busy with homework and other events. But I am going to try to be more active around here again. But I also need help from you guys. I need you guys to be active as well and make more posts.

And don't forget to advertise or to refer other people! Even if you're a guest that's just passing through. We would appreciate it very much. I spent a lot of time working on this site and I would really hate to see it die so soon. I'm also considering tweaking the main plot as well, since some things feel a little...out of place. Oh and if you guys see any errors, typos, bugs, etc., please notify me as soon as possible so I can take care of them. Thanks guys!

[Jan. 27, 2008] Another update just for the heck of it. (I think I'm starting to grow a strange obsession with writing these things. xD) The rules have been updated so be sure to check those out. I've decided that your account name must now be the name of your character (whether it's the nickname, first name, or first and last) and you need a different account for each character. Also, you have to register with your wolf's name. Of course the registration requirement won't affect the people that signed up prior to this, as that would just be silly. =P

And erm...fweet, we have another new advert! (Made by Hedge of Proboards Support.) And smexy new season banners, courtesy of the talented Bagheera, have just been made. I had something else to say but since I forgot what it was, that's all for now. =)

[Jan. 21, 2008] News flash! The site is officially open. To tidy up a bit, all inactive accounts created before January 1^st of 2008 will be deleted. But of course, everyone is welcome to rejoin. Erm, I know there are still a few unfinished things, but don't worry about those for now. They can be finished in a matter of days. But anyway, posting is now encouraged and all that other good stuff. ^-^ So have fun! -dances- Oh and after we hit a certain amount of members (maybe 20 or so), I may start a few site activities such as contests and such. Also if you see any mistakes, typos, etc. anywhere on the site or anything that seems confusing, then please PM me about it. Thank you!
